Appleseed provides comprehensive psychiatric, emergency, mental health counseling, case management, sexual assault, outpatient, school, forensic, domestic violence safe shelter services and programs for youth and adults.
Appleseed Community Mental Health Center, as a multi-service agency, will provide high quality, research-based, affordable, accessible and outcome driven services to help people improve their lives and develop necessary skills to live, learn and work successfully in our community. Appleseed is the primary mental health contract agency of the MHR Board for Ashland County.
