Grievers of Suicide Support Group
- This group is for those aged 18 or older who have had someone they love die by suicide. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional.
- Time: Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month 6:15p-8:00p.

Finding Hope: Addiction Education & Relapse Prevention Group
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to identify, challenge, and replace addictive thinking and to change behavior patterns and sustain long-term recovery from substance use disorders. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional.
- Time: Tuesday’s 6p-7:30pm & Wednesday’s 10:30am-12p

Celebrate Your Mind: Peer Support Group
- The group offers peer support for those who experience voice hearing, visions, and other unusual or extreme experiences. The group is open and takes place in a nonclinical setting where members can speak freely about their experiences without judgment or stigmatization. The peer-to-peer group is led by a trained mental health professional and affiliated Hearing Voices Network-USA member.
- Time: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 11:00am

Self-Improvement & Change Group
- SSIC Group addresses mental health and substance use relapse and recidivism using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to develop coping and self-control skills, psychoeducation of substances, and identify prosocial thinking and supports.
